You might be wondering who
<<<< this guy is - his name is Bobby Petrocelli - he's a speaker that is coming to share with us and the other Maple Valley area youth groups on Sunday night. He'll be sharing about his journey of learning about forgiveness. It's going to be a good night. Here are the details:
This Sunday, March 4th, we'll be meeting at the Upper Room at 6:45 instead of 6:00. We'll carpool over to Maple Valley Presbyterian Church for a worship service with the other youth groups and Bobby will share. We'll be back to the Upper Room around 8:45. Hope that you can join us!
Also coming up this month is the Gungor/The Brilliance concert! On March 15th, Gungor and The Brilliance will be playing in Federal Way! It's going to be a great concert. Anyone in Life101 - grades 6-12 - is welcome to join us. Ticket cost is $17. Bring some money for a fast food dinner on the way. We'll meet at the Upper Room at 4:45 and we'll be back late. Please RSVP so that we can order tickets!
Because of the concert, there will be no Life101 on Sunday, March 18th.
And finally, our IMMERSED study of the Book of James ended last week. We will NOT be meeting this afternoon. Keep your eyes open for details about next week's meeting...
"Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." - James 1:2-5
