We're back with Life101 this Sunday! Woohoo! This week we will be at Fountain Court, visiting with our friends there - we'll be baking cookies (fun AND tasty! :), doing a service project for Vine Maple Place, playing games, and so on and so forth. 6:00-8:00 - drop off and pick up are at Fountain Court.

Another FUN and COOL event is coming up soon... a time for some FELLOWSHIP and a great place to bring your FRIENDS - On Friday, February 1st, we will be having a Groundhog's Day party at the Upper Room (ok, so it's a day early... but really, it's just an excuse to have a party... :) We'll meet up at the Upper Room at 7:30 and go until 10:30. Bring a snack or dessert to share and your favorite board game or party game. If you're hungry for dinner, you can come at 6:30 or so and eat at the community meal. We'll have ice cream, break out some old school video games, and watch a classic movie. It's gonna be a great time!
Also, I'm hoping that many of you have heard about and are considering our "S.L.A.M" (Students learning about missions) Mission Trip that is coming up July 14-19! The deadline for applications and the $50 deposit is coming up on Sunday, February 10th (this is a week later than we had originally planned) - so if you are AT ALL interested, NOW is the time to talk to me about the trip and ask questions! For those of you who know that you want to come - get your application in! So far, our team consists of .... me. :) Come join the team!
And yes - our IMMERSED Bible Study is still happening! We're starting up next Thursday at Cutter's Point to start a study of the Book of Hebrews. Never tried IMMERSED out before? It's a great place to ask hard questions and learn more about scripture. Come and join us every other week from 4:15-5:15.
