Yes - there will be Life101 at the Upper Room this Sunday AND next Sunday! We had a blast last weekend at the Rock and Worship Roadshow. I'm still getting my wobble on every now and again...
It will be good to be back together in our space this weekend. Come to the Upper Room on Sunday night for a time of fun and connecting with each other and God. Easter is coming soon - and we'll be taking a closer look at Jesus' life leading up to his death and resurrection. You won't want to miss our conversation and good times together... I hope that you can join us! 6-8pm at the Upper Room.
Upcoming Events:
On Wednesday, March 27 from 6:30-9:30, we will be hosting a Passover Seder Meal at the Upper Room. Some of you have been in the past - David Jeroslow is coming back again this year to lead us! This event is open to anyone (youth and adults) age 12+. This meal is fun, interactive, and educational - you'll learn a lot about Jesus' last meal with his disciples and how Jesus fulfills Jewish prophecy. Come and join us to celebrate Jesus' death and resurrection. Please let me know if you're interested in coming.
Mark off Saturday, April 6th for an afternoon of Airsoft! More details will be coming soon on that.And looking ahead to May, be sure to put the 30 Hour Famine on your calendar! It's happening from Friday, May 10 to Saturday, May 11. This event, where we fast from eating food for 30 hours, is always eye-opening, challenging, and a great time together. This year we are joining up with the youth group from Cornerstone Church in Covington to combine our efforts and awesomeness. We will be talking more about this event on Sunday night. Even if you're a little nervous or skeptical, come to find out more!
