30 hour famine!
THIS WEEKEND we will gather with Kent Covenant Youth to participate in the 30 Hour Famine! The 30 hour famine is an event designed to bring awareness to the fight against hunger that is going on across the world and in our own neighborhoods. For 30 hours youth and leaders will refrain from eating and focus their efforts on serving the community.
The Details- The famine starts at noon (12pm) Friday in your school cafeteria (or wherever you are on Friday at that time).
At 7pm on Friday night we will meet at Kent Covenant Church to fast, pray, and work together to see God use us to bring change to this world!
The famine and fellowship continues until 6pm Saturday when we end after dinner.
IMPORTANT: Follow this link to print the registration form and informational sheet for the Famine. If you notice, KCC already made their forms due but we're giving you until Thursday, April 16th to RSVP, via email!! You must bring your completed registration form Friday at 7pm with you or you will not be able to stay! There is a $30 cost with this event but do not let that stop you from attending, we want everyone to participate who is interested.
