Christmas week is upon us! It is hard to believe that it's already here. We've even had a little bit of snow in Maple Valley today.
This last weekend was busy, and a lot of fun. The Lifers (represented by Christian and AJ) visited Fountain Court on Saturday. We painted ornaments with the ladies and enjoyed the music of Christmas, as played by Alanna. On Sunday, we got together at my and Alanna's house for the Life101 Christmas party. Much White Elephant fun was had, including a blue light lamp, a cow chair, a light-up fish, and some chamois butter (you can ask Ben about that one). There was even a lovely pastel colored purse that I think Ryan ended up with! Good times.
HYPE will have their party tonight, complete with cookie decorating. Be sure to make it to Cedarcreek's Christmas Eve service on Thursday at 5:00pm at Glacier Park. The HYPE students will be bringing the Christmas story to life as they act it out on stage!
